Client relationship manager responsible for consulting with insurance company’s executive management team regarding their reinsurance purchasing, product expansion, capital analysis, risk management, and M&A activities.

    • Relationship Management – Acted as Account Executive for client needs including broking, contracts, claims, servicing issues, accounting, catastrophe modeling, analytics and reporting.
      • Within fiscal year 2011, key accounts managed grossed in excess of $4M.
      • Within fiscal year 2011, developed $250K of new revenue for the company.
      • Started and developed relationships with untapped medical reinsurers creating access to billions in additional capital.
    • Business Development – Managed my own pipeline of prospects with anticipated brokerage of $5M.  Assisted other brokers on action plans and new business strategy. Specialist in workers’ compensation, accident and health, life and medical insurance. Subject matter expert for medical insurance market trends & legal analysis.

 

  • Negotiation – Negotiated reinsurance contracts annually to obtain the best terms, conditions, and pricing for clients.
    • Reduced client reinsurance costs by 5%-10% annually via representation in the market.
    • For new medical client, saved in excess of $1M in reinsurance purchase while expanding coverage.
    • For new medical client, placed their first ever reinsurance program.
  • Project Management – Point person for Request for Proposal submissions.  Established timelines while coordinating a team of fifteen people.  Managed large and small projects for client improvement including:
    • Creation and implementation of a policy information summary system for reinsurance renewals and rating agency presentations.
    • Commutation of multiple contracts across twenty years of placements.
    • Testing of new client and employee HTML based interface.

Manage and direct a staff of 3 Directors, 6 Media Heads, and 7 Programmers in the creation, implementation, and management of campus programming. Control, track, analyze, and budget student funds totaling $500,000. Oversee the creation, budgeting, marketing, and policy implementation of 70 clubs and organizations. Initiate, create, formally present, and implement beneficial school wide projects.
